What happens if I need to cancel?

We've all been there, but it never feels good.⁠

Our biggest tip: If you need to cancel, do it early! ⁠

Although cancellations are strongly discouraged, we understand that there are sometimes exceptional circumstances. If you do need to cancel a booking,⁠ visit the Booking tab within the app and press “Cancel.”⁠

As a reminder, whenever you cancel a booking, your rating is negatively affected and may decrease your chances of being booked in the future. Every no-show/last-minute cancellation is reviewed by our member support team and multiple cancellations within a 30-day period or a pattern of unreliability may result in the suspension of your account.



No-Shows:  While we hope you are safe and understand emergencies do happen, no-shows are grounds for immediate removal from Bambino. If you did not attempt to contact the parent to cancel prior to the sit or after to apologize or explain what happened, your profile might be deactivated.
