Canceling a Booking: If you must cancel, do it as early as possible. To cancel a booking, navigate to the Booking tab within the app and select “Cancel.” Immediate communication is crucial for maintaining trust within the Bambino community.

Impact on Your Profile: Be aware that cancellations don't go unnoticed. Your rating will be affected, potentially making parents hesitant to book you in the future. Our Member Care team rigorously reviews each cancellation. Frequent cancellations or a pattern of unreliability will not be tolerated and may lead to the suspension of your account.

No-Shows: No-shows are unacceptable and are grounds for immediate removal from Bambino. If you cannot attend a booking, it's imperative to notify the parent beforehand. A lack of communication and accountability will result in the deactivation of your profile.
