Yes. Bambino can still be used when a child has a minor illness, but Parents should always communicate symptoms clearly and honestly with their Sitter.


When requesting a booking, Parents should include important health information in the Special Instructions section so Sitters can make informed decisions and come prepared if they choose to accept the booking.


If a child becomes sick after a booking has already been confirmed, Parents should notify the Sitter as soon as possible through the in-app chat.


Sitters may decide whether they are comfortable proceeding with the booking based on the symptoms or illness described. If a Sitter is uncomfortable caring for a sick child, they may cancel the booking without penalty.
