Can I still use Bambino if my child is sick?

Kids and colds – a timeless duo! At Bambino, we totally get it. Those tiny noses start running, usually just when you’ve got something super important going on. Don’t worry – we’re here to help!

Here's how Bambino works when the sniffles strike:

1. Minor Illnesses: If your child has a minor illness and you'd like to book a sitter, please be upfront. Pop a note in the 'Special Instructions' during booking, so your sitter knows the situation and can come prepared.
2. Sudden Symptoms: Sometimes, those little colds creep up out of nowhere, especially after you've confirmed a booking. If this happens, please let your sitter know ASAP through our in-app messaging. Remember, it's up to the sitter to decide if they’re comfortable going ahead with the booking. If they opt out, they can cancel without any penalties.
3. Empathy is Key: We encourage understanding and empathy between parents and sitters. After all, it’s all about ensuring everyone is safe and sound.
