How do I message a parent?

As the Sitter you can start a conversation with a parent if any of these conditions are met (you will see a text bubble icon in the top right corner of the parent's name in the app):

 

  1. The Sitter and Parent have added each other to their "favorites" list or have worked with each other previously through the app

  2. The Sitter was requested by the Parent and the Parent is verified (has at least 1 completed booking) 

  3. The Sitter has accepted and Parent has confirmed a request

  4. The Sitter was requested by Parent and not added to the request as a 'Suggested Sitter' (as the Sitter you will not know whether the parent or our system requested you for the Sit)
