Curious about chatting with other Bambino Members? Let’s prioritize safety and simplicity!

Safety First:

Before diving into a conversation, all Members must clear a safety check. You either complete identity verification or have completed at least one booking prior to the launch of the identity verification process.

For Our Stellar Sitters:

As a Sitter, kickstart a conversation with a Parent if:

• Both of you have favorited each other within Bambino.
• You’re requested by a parent who has aced Bambino's ID verification and finished at least one booking.
• A Parent has added you to the sit request personally.
• A Parent has confirmed a booking with you.

For Our Phenomenal Parents:

Premium Parents, after completing a Safety and Identity Verification Check, can initiate a chat with any sitter. Sitters will chime in the chat once they have completed ID verification or have wrapped up at least one booking.

Initiate a conversation with a Sitter if:

• Both of you have each other as favorites within Bambino.
• You have a confirmed booking with the sitter.
• You’ve breezed through Bambino's ID verification and sealed at least one booking.
