Yes. On Bambino, Parents can message a Sitter who has accepted their sit request before confirming the booking.
Once a booking is confirmed, a chat channel is automatically created for the Parent and Sitter to communicate directly through the app. This allows both parties to discuss booking details, ask questions, and ensure the booking feels like the right fit before care begins.
If you decide a Sitter is not the best fit for your family, you can cancel the request and submit a new one directly through the app.
