What is Post a Job?

Post a Job is a new way to find a Sitter on Bambino. Instead of searching through profiles and choosing who to request, you can share your babysitting needs and Bambino will help connect you with available Sitters nearby.

You still have the option to browse Sitter profiles and send a request directly. Post a Job simply gives you another way to find care when you want Bambino to help with the search.

How does Post a Job work?

Post a Job takes just a few steps:

1. Tell us what you need

Enter your booking details, including:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Location

  • Any important notes

2. Bambino helps find matches

We send your job to qualified Sitters nearby based on availability, connections, and fit.

We start with:

  • Your Favorites

  • Your friends’ Favorites

  • Other active, highly rated Sitters nearby

3. Available Sitters respond

You will only hear from Sitters who are available and interested in your booking.

4. You choose your Sitter

Review Sitter profiles, ratings, and reviews, then choose the Sitter who feels like the best fit for your family.

You always make the final decision.

How is this different from requesting a Sitter normally?

With a traditional request, you search for Sitters and choose who to contact.

With Post a Job, you share what you need and Bambino helps bring available Sitters to you.

Both options are available—choose whichever works best for your situation.

Will Bambino automatically choose my Sitter?

No. Bambino helps you find available Sitters, but you always choose who you book.

You can review each interested Sitter’s profile, experience, ratings, and reviews before making your decision.

Who receives my Post a Job request?

Your request is shared with Sitters who are a good match based on factors like:

  • Availability

  • Location

  • Your Bambino network connections

  • Sitter qualifications and activity

Why can’t I see the Sitter’s exact address/location before booking?

To protect your privacy, Sitters will see the general area of your booking rather than your exact address while they are deciding whether to accept the opportunity.

Your full address is only shared after you confirm your Sitter.

Do I still pay the same way?

Yes. Post a Job uses the same Bambino booking and payment process you already know. All bookings and payments remain safely handled through the Bambino app.
