Layered Safety Measures for All Members

We apply multiple verification standards across the platform:

Mobile & Carrier Validation – Every Member’s phone number is authenticated, and VoIP or burner numbers are blocked.

ID Verification – All Members over 18 complete identity verification through Stripe.

Sex Offender & Terrorist Watchlist Screening – All Members are screened through Family Watchdog against national sex offender and global terrorist databases.

Booking Verification – After completing a booking, Members receive a “Verified” designation, indicating active and trusted participation on the platform.

Optional Enhanced Background Checks

Many Sitters choose to complete a comprehensive background check through our third-party provider, Checkr. This includes national, state, and county criminal history searches, along with a DMV scan.

Sitters who complete this enhanced screening display a Background Check badge on their profile for easy identification.
