What to Do: Double-check and re-enter your phone number on the login screen.

  1. Poor Network Connection

What to Check: Verify that your device has a stable internet and cellular connection.

What to Do: Try switching to a Wi-Fi network or moving to an area with better signal strength.

3. SMS Blocking

What to Check: Some carriers or devices may block certain shortcodes or SMS messages.

What to Do: Check with your carrier to ensure SMS messages from Bambino are not being blocked.

4. Delay in SMS Delivery

What to Check: There may be a temporary delay in delivering SMS messages.

What to Do: Wait a few minutes and request the code again.
