What if I have a negative experience with a family?

We understand that not every booking will be a perfect match! Some issues are as simple as a scheduling conflict. But some issues require a little more assistance and care. We want you to know that if something out of the ordinary occurs, we are here to help. Don’t try to navigate choppy waters alone! Our team is here to guide you. Please use the following avenues to report an issue with a Parent/family on the platform. 

For all emergency situations: Please contact your local authorities FIRST by calling 9-1-1. 

Review the booking: Here at Bambino, an individual from our Member Care team reads every review left for a family after a booking. For outstanding issues, we will open an internal investigation into the user to determine their standing as an account holder. Your review is so important to us! We compile that information to make Bambino a more useful and safer platform for our entire community. You will see this review screen once you complete your booking:
