After each completed booking on Bambino, Sitters can leave feedback about their experience with the family. During this process, Sitters can:
- Indicate whether or not they would sit for the family again
- Indicate whether or not they would recommend the family to other Sitters
- Share additional feedback with the Bambino Member Care team
All feedback is reviewed by the Bambino Member Care team and may be followed up on for additional information when needed.
Selecting the thumbs-down option indicates that you would prefer not to sit for the family again and will hide your profile from the family in future searches and requests.
Feedback helps Bambino maintain a safe, respectful, and trusted community for both Parents and Sitters.
If you experience an emergency or immediate safety concern during a booking, please contact local authorities first by calling 911.
