Choose a clear, current photo of only yourself. Parents use profile photos to help identify Sitters arriving for bookings and decide who they feel most comfortable requesting.
For best results, your profile photo should:

- Be recent and accurately reflect your appearance
- Be appropriate for work and school environments

Your About Me section gives Parents a better understanding of your experience, personality, and interests. Keep your bio clear, professional, and easy to read.
Consider including:
- Babysitting or childcare experience
- School, activities, or hobbies
- Certifications or special skills
- Experience with specific age groups
Hourly Rate
Sitters set their own hourly rates on Bambino. Negotiating rates outside of the rate listed in the app is against Bambino's https://bambinositters.com/terms-of-use/Terms of Use.
To update your rate:
My Account → Edit Profile → Hourly Rate
Rate changes only apply to future bookings.
Availability Calendar
Bambino assumes Sitters are generally available to receive booking requests. To avoid receiving requests when you're unavailable, keep your calendar up to date.

Recommendations
Recommendations help Parents feel more confident when booking a Sitter. New Sitters may request recommendations from responsible adults, while experienced Sitters are encouraged to request recommendations from families they have previously babysat for.
