Why Did My Sitter Disappear After Accepting My Request?

Sometimes mix-ups happen! When a Sitter accepts your request, you’ll get a text notification. However, if they later realize they’re unavailable and update their status, the app won’t send a follow-up text.


This can happen if a Sitter accidentally accepts before double-checking their schedule or taps “accept” when they meant to decline.


No worries—you can easily add more Sitters to your request! Just go to Bookings > Requests, select the pending request, and tap Add More Sitters at the bottom of the screen. We’re here to help you find the perfect Sitter!
