I Got a Notification that a Sitter Accepted My Request, But Now They're Not Available in the App. What Happened?

Oh no! Sometimes mix-ups happen. When a sitter accepts your request, it automatically sends you a text message. But if they later realize they’re not available and change their status, the app doesn’t send a new text.

Sitters might accidentally accept before double-checking their schedules or they might hit “accept” when they meant to hit “decline.” Oops!

But no worries, you can easily add more sitters to your request. Just go to: Bookings > Requests, select the 'pending' request, and then tap 'Add More Sitters' at the bottom of the screen. We're here to make sure you find the perfect sitter for your needs!
