The Bambino Rewards Program lets Sitters earn points for completed bookings through Bambino. The more you book, the more rewards you can earn.
Reward Levels
Your reward level is based on the number of completed bookings you have each calendar month.
- Occasional Sitter (0–2 bookings): Earn 1 point for every dollar of your hourly rate (excluding tips).
- Frequent Sitter (3–4 bookings): Earn 2 points for every dollar of your hourly rate (excluding tips).
- Rockstar Sitter (5+ bookings): Earn 3 points for every dollar of your hourly rate (excluding tips).
Redeeming Points
- Through August 15, 2026, you can redeem 1,500 points for a $25 Amazon eGift Card.
- Beginning August 16, 2026, 2,000 points will be required to redeem a $25 eGift Card.
Point Expiration
Points earned on or after January 1, 2026, expire 180 days after they are issued if they have not been redeemed. Expired points cannot be reinstated. Points are also forfeited if a Sitter's account is deactivated or closed, whether by the Sitter or Bambino, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Maintaining Your Reward Level
When you reach Frequent or Rockstar status, you'll keep that level for the rest of the current month and the entire following month. For example, if you achieve Rockstar status on June 15, you'll maintain Rockstar benefits through July 31.
