What if you have a negative experience with a Sitter?

Here at Bambino, your family is our number one priority. While every booking may not be a perfect match, we do hold the same standard of safety for every reservation. As Parents ourselves, we are here to have your back! For any safety concerns, please use the following outlets to report the issue: 

For all emergency situations: Please contact your local authorities FIRST by calling 9-1-1.

Review the booking: After every booking you will be asked to submit a review. This is the heart of Bambino! Not only do other Parents use your reviews to choose a Sitter for their little ones, we use these reviews to address individual issues and to evaluate Sitters on the platform. A individual from our Member Care team reads every review left for a Sitter after a booking. For outstanding issues, we will open an internal investigation into the user to determine their standing as an account holder. We compile that information to make Bambino a safer and more reliable platform for our entire community. The feedback section will be in the second section of your review as seen here:
