Parents in Charlotte, NC, and Florida (ONLY) can pay Sitters outside the app with cash, through platforms like Zelle or whatever other means the Sitter and Parent agree upon. If a sitter has a preferred method of payment (either Cash or In-app), they can add that to their bio or message the parent.
Cash Payment
We are excited to now offer cash payments outside the app! For payments completed outside the app, we recommend having the payment happen before the sitter leaves the location of the sit. Please note: payment outside of the app is solely the responsibility of the two parties who agreed to that transaction.
In-app Payment
Your first step will be to set up your payment preferences! Prior to set up, you will see the heading “Set Up My Payment Account” in your My Account tab. Once you have set up your payment information, you will be able to view your transactions under “My Payments”.
