If your sitter is late, please trying calling him/her. If it is has been over 15 minutes and your sitter is not responding please select 'Cancel' in the Booking in Progress and indicate that your 'sitter did not show-up' as the reason for the cancellation.
We have a zero tolerance policy for no-show sitters and cancellations initiated with less than 2 hours notice for a non-emergency. When a sitter is confirmed we add the sit to their phone calendar and send text message reminders 24 hours and 3 hours prior to the sit with all of the information the sitter needs to arrive on time and communicate with you.

If it is late on a Friday or over the weekend, we may be out (as avid users of Bambino, we have found ourselves with a lot more freedom to do that).
